Yoga Walls Class: Thurs., 5-6 pm and Sat., 10:15-11:15 am.



Vinyasa flow includes postures in coordination with breath, ujjayi pranayama and movement in order to build strength, balance, flexibility and coordination as well as it helps to lower blood pressure, release toxins,  improve overall health and provide a meditative experience. Classes consist of sun salutations to warm the body, standing and balancing postures, core and spine strengthening,  hip opening poses, as well as rejuvenating and surrendering postures.


Healthy Back, Yoga Walls

This is a special and unique experience to heal, create space and towards preventative spinal health. Hanging on the yoga walls, feels amazing. Not all yoga studios offer yoga walls class. We will focus on maintaining and restoring the natural curvature of the spine and encourage more spinal awareness with the use of the yoga walls and equipment. We will use the wall to focus on reversing the aging of the spine with traction and create more space in between the vertebrae. Benefits will include building strength, releasing tension and "dis-ease" while encouraging good posture, better "spinal-awareness" while relaxing deeper into the pose with the support of the equipment.

*Please note, we will invert in this class. Check with your doctor if you have health problems like: high blood pressure, hypertension, glaucoma, retinal detachment, inner ear problems or are pregnant to see if this class is for you.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga can be yoga associated with the word surrender.

It is considered to be more a more passive form of yoga rather  than an active from of yoga. In yin yoga, we focus on releasing tension, with special focus on the low-back, hips and in the legs. We support the body with props and relax into the poses for 3-5 minutes each. Most importantly, we do not force the body into any discomfort or pain. We move into our "edge" and breathe into that space in order to find opening, growth, and restoration in the body and mind.



Learn the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda. Learn to use food as medicine. Learn your dosha, or physical, mental and emotional make-up to empower you to choose appropriate self-care practices for you. Create daily healthy habits to balance your dosha. We will have discussion and a restorative practice.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions are offered for beginners, intermediate or advanced students. Private classes allow for personal attention focusing on your physical goals, specific conditions and injuries as well as opportunity to focus on your body and specific postures and breathing techniques.


Private Happy Back, Yoga Walls

Private yoga walls allows you to deepen into the pose using the equipment, the yoga walls, to find traction in the spine to heal and find preventative health. You will receive one-on-one personal attention with a certified happy back, yoga wall instructor, with the use of the yoga wall. We will tailor the class to your goals, needs and to your body. You will leave feeling restored and noticing signs of health in the body.

Gong Meditation

The vibrations of this ancient therapeutic instrument help release negative emotions and fears that cause illness, disease and blockages in the body. Gong meditation helps to de-stress the mind and body while bringing more balance and overall health and well-being.
